Be sure to review and complete all of the steps below to ease your transition to WPI. Some of the tasks are required now and some will help you prepare for tasks due at a later date.

Get Connected Links and Files:
Create WPI email address, gain access to your online accounts.
By mid May, you will receive an email at the address listed on your application. This will contain your username and PIN. Use these to gain access to your online accounts by logging into banner web. You will need this to do much of the remaining tasks. If you have difficulty, reference our login tips or contact the WPI helpdesk at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Review WPI computer recommendations.
Get a photo taken for your student ID.
You will need to upload a photo for your photo ID in June through the online housing and dining system. View photo guidelines to ensure your photo meets ID criteria.

Take the math placement exam.
Register for a Course Advising Session. Q&A session is also available for parents.
Several sessions are available during May and June. Register for one of the Course advising sessions.

Review your housing options.
Review the type and location of WPI residence halls. The Class of 2022 housing application will be available to fill out by the end of May 2018. You’ll be asked for your preference on the housing application form that’s due by June 15.
Review your dining options.
Review the dining options now so that you’ll be prepared to choose the one that best fits your preferences and lifestyle. Meal plan selection is also due June 15.
Submit your housing and dining requests, upload your photo for identification.
In the housing and dining system, you will let us know your living habits and building preferences so that we can match you with a roommate. You’ll also select a meal plan and upload your photo for your identification. See guidelines for photos.
Students with Disabilities
Complete form to request housing accommodations.
Log in and fill out the Accommodated Housing form to request accommodations.
